How far in advance do I need to order?
We ask for at least 24 hours before your check-in time so we can shop everything fresh and deliver on schedule.
How do you get into my rental?
We coordinate with your Airbnb host or use your provided lockbox/entry code to place groceries inside before you arrive. We treat every home with respect.
What area do you serve?
We currently deliver to short-term rentals throughout the Omaha, NE metro area.
Can I customize a package?
Yes! Use the special requests field in the order form to note any swaps, allergies, or preferences. We'll do our best to accommodate. A small fee or price adjustment may apply.
How do I pay?
After you submit your order, we'll confirm details and send a secure payment link via text or email. We accept most major payment methods.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before your scheduled delivery are fully refundable. After that, we've already shopped your groceries!
